Refund policy

REFUNDS + RETURNS

All Hello Lovely Customs products are made to order or custom printed, requiring time and materials. Due to the customized nature of each order, I cannot offer refunds or returns once your order has been placed. However, if there are any issues with the print or product upon arrival, please get in touch with me WITHIN 7 DAYS (of receipt) for a replacement. If you want to be sure your custom order is created exactly how you want it, please add on the “Create my item Live” options. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions before placing an order.

  • We will not refund or exchange pieces where details are entered incorrectly (i.e., typos). Please ensure you are careful and check the details you enter when ordering.
  • Refunds will not be given to purchases lost or damaged in shipment due to the product being outside our control.

PLEASE NOTE: Items are made to order, so please allow time for production and a further 2-3 days for shipping (domestic). 

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards are considered a non-returnable item. 

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@hellolovelycustoms.com.
